A-BE-C participates in bladder health roundtable

Pamela Block, Association for the Bladder Exstrophy Community

Executive Director Pamela Block was invited to represent the Association for the Bladder Exstrophy Community at the 2016 Bladder Health Alliance Roundtable in Lithium, Maryland. The October 6th event was hosted by the Urology Care Foundation. It brought together more than 25 patient advocate organizations and physicians, united by a common goal of promoting bladder heath awareness, education and research.

“Raising awareness of bladder exstrophy and collaborating with other aligned organizations is always a priority,” said Block. “This event fostered a sharing of information, ideas and connections.”

The meeting focused on generating innovative ideas for how advocacy organizations can best collaborate to promote Bladder Health Awareness Month activities in November.
